SMC Women Win Conference Awards

In addition to finishing second in Region XII a week ago, the SMC Women's Cross Country Team won four MCCAA athletic awards, the conference has announced.

Freshman Kierstyn Thompson, SMC's top finisher for most of the season, was named to the MCCAA All-Freshman Team and selected for the All-MCCAA Team. 

Sophomores Allison Lauri and Morgan Pieczynski were also selected as members of the All-MCCAA Team. 

NJCAA academic honors will be announced later in the year, and we hope to see some Roadrunners there, too!
