SMC Volleyball Wins District Play-In
SMC Volleyball swept the Montcalm Centurions in the Great Lakes District A play-in game on Wednesday 25-19, 25-18, 25-19 at the SC4 Fieldhouse in Port Huron.
"We played great ball tonight," said Head Coach Jenny Nate. "We came out and executed exactly what we worked on this past week as we prepared for this match. Our energy was great, and we had incredible hustle plays and net plays. Our speed and urgency to score helped us earn the sweep. We are excited to be a part of the bracket tomorrow and will be busy tonight studying our film on Edison."

The Roadrunners will be the #7 seed in the double-elimination bracket are now 21-14 overall and face the Edison State Chargers, the #2 seed, at 6pm Thursday.
