West, Knight Sweep Conference Awards Again

Sophomore volleyball players Josie West and Cadence Knight have won back-to-back MCCAA Player of the Week Awards. West, named Western Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the second week in a row, tallied 62 kills and four aces in four matches at the Owens Invitational. Knight, named Western Conference Defensive Player of the Week, had 103 kills and four aces in those same four matches. 

The Roadrunners are 8-2 on the season and the team next faces host Macomb Community College at the Macomb Invitational on Saturday, September 7.
