D2 National Championship Bracket Set

The NJCAA announced the seeds and pairings during the Division II Women's Basketball Selection Show at 3pm on Tuesday. The SMC Roadrunners are the #16 seed in the field of 20 teams and will start their quest for a second national championship on Monday, March 18. 

SMC will face the #17 seed, the North Central Missouri Pirates, in Game 2 at 11:00am Central/Noon Eastern, at the Leggett and Platt Athletic Center on the campus of Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri. The winner of that game earns the right to face the Johnson County Cavaliers, the overall #1 seed in the tournament, the next day.
