WBB Head Coach Jenkins Named District Coach of the Year

SMC Women's Basketball Head Coach Jay Jenkins has been named Great Lakes District B Coach of the Year.

Jenkins, a Louisiana native in his first year at SMC, has led the Roadrunners to a 26-4 record (so far), won the MCCAA Western Conference, won the Great Lakes District B championship, and is taking the team to the NJCAA Division II National Championship in Joplin, Missouri.
