Maguire Johnson Runs to SMC

Maguire Johnson of Edwardsburg High School has signed his NJCAA Letter of Intent to run cross country for Coach Zac Sartori and the Roadrunners. Johnson will also compete in track and field for SMC.

Coach Sartori said, "I'm very excited to have Maguire joining the team. He is an excellent runner and his commitment to improving himself will be a great benefit to our program. Maguire is not only a strong runner, but a great student as well and I'm looking forward to working with him next year as he continues to prepare for bigger and better things to come!"

Coach Leto of Edwardsburg added, "Maguire believes anything is possible when he starts a race. I'm happy for him and he is very deserving of this opportunity!"

Johnson is the third member of SMC's 2025 Men's Cross Country recruiting class, joining Tyler Caruso of Bangor and Carlos Ruiz-Garcia of Hartford.
