Aden Webber Chooses the Roadrunners

Aden Webber of Paw Paw High School has signed his NJCAA Letter of Intent to run cross country for Coach Zac Sartori and the Roadrunners.

Coach Sartori said, "I'm really glad to be getting yet another amazing runner from Paw Paw High School. Aden has me very optimistic about our prospects next fall. I can't wait to see how he develops over the next two years."

Coach Chris DePierre of Paw Paw said, "Aden is one of a kind. He is a hard worker with great leadership skills. Aden will bring a lot of talent and positivity to the SMC cross country program." 

Webber is the second member of SMC's 2024 Men's Cross Country recruiting class, joining Gavin Sehy of Hackett Catholic Prep in Kalamazoo.

During the 2023 season, the men's and women's teams were nationally ranked the entire fall, both teams finished as runners-up at the NJCAA Region XII meet in Grand Rapids and in the top 17 at the NJCAA Division II National Championships in Huntsville, Alabama.
